Plant Quality

The candidate will be part of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the company, thus ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in order to guarantee the quality of products or services provided.
He/she will manage certificates of conformity and documents to demonstrate compliance with the requirements specified by customers, establishing with them a relationship built on trust and meeting their expectations regarding the quality of the product or service provided.
In particular, he/she will deal with:

1.    Support in quality control activities: 

• Preparing reports and records of inspections carried out during the production process, reporting any non-conformities.
• Performing quality controls on the finished product.  
• Calibration of measuring instruments. 

2.    Non-conformities management: 

• Support in managing internal and external (from customers) non-conformities. 
• Collaborating in preparing documents related to claims, root cause analysis and corrective actions. 

3.    Support in audit activities: 

• Supporting during internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001 audits or other relevant quality standards). 
• Keeping the documents required for audits up to date and supporting the verification of process compliance. 

4.    Updating documents: 

• Co-operating in updating and managing quality system documentation, including manuals, procedures, operating instructions and records. 
• Creating or updating forms and documents used for quality control. 

5.    Training and awareness raising: 

• Providing support in internal training activities related to quality procedures and good manufacturing practices. 

6.    Continuous improvement projects: 

• Participating in any continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and reducing waste. 
• Collaborating in gathering ideas and implementing them.

7.    Support in the activities for Health and Safety of workers (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08) 

• Collaborating with the various figures involved in Health and Safety compliance of the workplace.
